I suggest trying to get someone who knows spanish be your study partner for those couple of weeks. Practice/talk with that person everyday. By the way, I have an iPhone application you can download(if you have an iPhone) where it teaches you the colors from English to Spanish. Good Luck!
Dios mio! I hope you just mean some simple phrases. If you can afford a private tutor, you could work one-on-one (not a traditional class). You could check at your local public or school library for some audio programs. Pimsleur and Rosetta Stone are pretty good.
Even if you are a genius this is impossible. Spanish grammar is really complicated. It should take about two years to properly learn the language studying full time. Unless you are a savant it is simply impossible.

You won’t be able to do any more than learn a few stock phrases, but not enough to carry on a conversation, especially without intensive tutoring.

Buena Suerte!
Ya won’t.
A) learning a language takes more than "a couple of weeks". It’s a major educational endeavor.
B) you probably won’t learn a language "without taking any classes". You didn’t even learn your OWN language without taking any classes.
